Penaranda Diesel is a family-owned Peruvian company that sells spare parts for Volvo trucks and heavy machinery, both original and alternative. With 25 years of experience in the market, Penaranda Diesel has established itself as a leading company in its field, offering its customers quality products, low prices, permanent stock and fast delivery.
In March 2023, Penaranda Diesel had the opportunity to participate in the CONEXPO fair, the largest in the construction industry in North America, which took place from March 14 to 18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This was the first time that Penaranda Diesel attended a fair outside of South America, and it was a unique and unforgettable experience for the company.
The CONEXPO fair is held every three years in Las Vegas, and attracts more than 130,000 attendees and 2,300 exhibitors from all over the world. The fair showcases the latest trends and technologies in the industry, such as 3D printing, drones, robotics, and autonomous vehicles.
At this fair, Penaranda Diesel was able to show the world what it offers and how it relates to its suppliers, who are internationally recognized companies for their quality and innovation. Some of the suppliers that they visited at the fair were:
- FMC: Manufacturer and global distributor of wet friction discs, which are used in the transmissions of industrial and commercial vehicles. FMC provides Penaranda Diesel with high-strength and durability friction discs, which guarantee optimal performance of the transmissions of Volvo trucks and heavy machinery.
- Nordic Lights: Producer of high-quality LED lights for heavy machinery, which are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for brands such as CAT, Komatsu and others. Nordic Lights provides Penaranda Diesel with LED lights that improve the visibility and safety of heavy machinery operators, especially in low-light or night conditions.
- SLP: Swedish company specialized in plastic parts for Volvo trucks and heavy machinery, Volvo / Scania trucks and buses and Volvo Penta / Scania marine industry. SLP provides Penaranda Diesel with high-quality and resistant plastic parts, which fit perfectly to the models of Volvo trucks and heavy machinery, and meet the quality and safety standards of the brand.
- Euroricambi: Italian company that manufactures spare parts for industrial and commercial vehicles, especially for transmissions and differentials. Euroricambi provides Penaranda Diesel with high-precision and reliability spare parts, which allow to repair and maintain the transmissions and differentials of Volvo trucks and heavy machinery, and ensure optimal and efficient performance of the vehicles.
Penaranda Diesel had the opportunity to talk and negotiate with these suppliers, and to strengthen the relationship of trust and collaboration that they have with them. Likewise, Penaranda Diesel was able to meet potential new customers and opportunities to expand its product catalog, as well as other important actors in the construction, agriculture, mining and transportation sector.
The CONEXPO fair was an incredible experience for Penaranda Diesel, that allowed them to see first-hand the latest trends and technologies in the industry, and to see how big and competitive the market is. The fair also generated an ambition and a desire to grow, to improve their products and services, and to continue offering their customers quality and trust solutions.
