We are Penaranda Diesel Corp, a Peruvian company that imports and distributes original and alternative parts for heavy machinery and trucks from brands such as Volvo, Caterpillar, Mack, John Deere, Komatsu, etc. We offer high quality and guaranteed products, as well as specialized technical service and personalized attention to our customers.
Our trajectory began in 1980, when we established ourselves as dealers of Volvo Cars and Machinery. Over the years, we acquired valuable experience in the industry, which led us to make a strategic decision in March 1999: to focus exclusively on the specialization and sale of parts for heavy machinery. This specialization has allowed us to consolidate ourselves as experts in the field and provide our customers with high quality products and reliable solutions.
In 2004, we became representatives of SLP, followed by obtaining the representation of Nordic Lights in 2008. In 2017, we further expanded our portfolio by becoming representatives of EURORICAMBI and FMC, among other renowned manufacturers. This diversification allowed us to offer a wide range of high quality parts and meet the needs of our customers both in Peru and Bolivia.
Due to the success achieved in these countries, we decided to expand our operations and look for new growth opportunities. This is how in 2021, we ventured into the US market with the aim of providing our products and services to customers across the country. This expansion allowed us to access a wider market and take advantage of new business opportunities.

Orders and Budgets
You can request a quote or place an order for parts in three ways:
- Through our online store, where you can see our catalog of parts and their characteristics. You just have to choose the parts you need and add them to the cart. After providing your information you can confirm your order and we will deliver your quote.
- Through our template, where you can indicate the items and quantities you want. You just have to download the template, fill it with the required information and send it to our email. Then we will send you a quote with the detail of the order and the payment and shipping options available.
- Through our form, where you can request the code and quote of the parts you need without knowing the code. You just have to enter the data of the vehicle or machinery to which the part is intended and the description of the part you are looking for. Then we will send you an email with the code, price and availability of each part, as well as the payment and shipping options available.
The information you need to provide to request a quote or place an order for parts is the following:
- Your personal or business data: name, company name, EIN, address, phone, email, etc.
- The data of the parts you need: code, description, quantity, brand, model, etc.
- The data of the vehicle or machinery to which the part is intended: brand, model, year, series, etc.
- The data of the payment and shipping method you prefer: cash, transfer, credit card, check, financing, pick up in store, home delivery, etc.
The delivery times of orders depend on the availability of parts and the destination. If we have stock, delivery is immediate. If we do not have stock, we are subject to factory delivery times. In general, delivery times range from 3 to 15 business days. We will inform you of the exact deadline when you confirm your order.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, transfer, credit card, check. In addition, we help finance your purchase with plans tailored to your needs. Check with us the conditions and requirements to access financing.
To access discounts, offers or special promotions you can do the following:

If you don’t find the code of the item you need on Penaranda Diesel Corp’s website, it could be for two reasons:
- The part is not available in our stock. In that case, we can order it from factory and bring it for you. You just have to contact us and tell us what part you need and for what vehicle or machinery. We will inform you of the time and cost of importation.

Shipping and Returns
The shipments are made through reliable transport companies, which guarantee the safety and speed of delivery. In the USA, PD Corp has an account with DHL, UPS among others and we can quote by air or ground. In other countries, we work with the most recognized and efficient transport companies in the market.
The costs of shipments are those charged by the transport agencies, according to the weight, volume, destination and type of service you choose. We will pass on the cost to you when you confirm your order and offer you the best options for your convenience. The taxes are according to the state or national law of the place where the shipment is made. We will inform you of the exact amount of taxes when you confirm your order.
The transport companies that are used for shipments are the following:
- USA: DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
- Other countries: DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc.
You can track your order through the website of the transport company you have chosen. Once the part is delivered, the transport company provides us with a tracking number and through the web we can know the status of the shipment. We will send you the tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.
The change policy is the warranty policy. The defective product is examined, certified that it is due to production causes and communicated to factory. Immediately we replace the product at no additional cost to the customer. To make a change, you must contact us within 30 days after receiving the part and send us proof of the defect or problem. We will indicate you the steps to follow to return us the defective part and send you a new one.
The return policy is as follows: We do not accept returns, unless it is our mistake in shipping. If you receive a part that does not match your order, you must contact us within 7 days after receiving the part and send us proof of the error. We will indicate you the steps to follow to return us the wrong part and send you the correct one. We will refund you the cost of shipping the wrong part.
Warranty and Technical Service
The parts we offer have a warranty that varies according to the brand or supplier of the part. This warranty covers any defect or problem of manufacture that affects the operation or performance of the part. The warranty of each brand or supplier is as follows:
- Nordic: 5 years from the date of purchase.
- SLP: 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Euroricambi: 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty has the following coverage, term and conditions:
- The warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of the defective part, at no additional charge to the customer.
- The warranty varies by product and brand. If the part has any defect or problem within the term, the customer can make use of the warranty.
The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The part must have been installed, used and maintained correctly, following the instructions of the manufacturer and the technical service.
- The part must have been purchased directly from Penaranda Diesel Corp or one of its authorized distributors.
- The customer must present the proof of purchase and the warranty certificate of the part.
- The customer must return the defective part to Penaranda Diesel Corp or one of its authorized distributors, along with a detailed description of the defect or problem.
- The customer must assume the transport costs of the defective part and the repaired or replaced part, unless otherwise indicated.
You can make use of the warranty in case the part has any defect or problem by following these steps:
- Contact us by phone, email or social media and explain what defect or problem the part has. We will tell you if the part is covered by the warranty and what you should do to return it.
- Send us the defective part to our address or to the address of the nearest authorized distributor, along with the proof of purchase, the warranty certificate and a detailed description of the defect or problem. We will send you an acknowledgment when we receive the part.
- Wait for our response with the diagnosis and solution of the defect or problem. We will inform you if the part will be repaired or replaced, as well as the time and cost of shipping the repaired or replaced part.
- Receive the repaired or replaced part at your address and check its operation and performance. If you have any questions or queries, you can contact us again.
